Caitlin is dedicated to making sure that the home building and home buying processes are memorable in all the right ways! Every project, purchase, sale, and process are different; Caitlin is committed to matching the right services for the task at hand to provide the ultimate outcome and experience.
When she's not involved with the building, buying, or selling of homes or land, Caitlin is at home on her Fiber Farm in northern Alamance County where she raises registered Colored Angora Goats, honeybees, pasture-raised pigs, chickens, and French Angora rabbits. You can often find her at a local Fiber Festival, or a livestock event through one of the organizations she's involved with. She shares her dream farm with her husband and son, who is also active in 4-H in the area.

A North Carolina native, I am originally from a small town in Rockingham County, but moved to Burlington after attending UNCG and majoring in Sociology. Burlington, NC quickly became my home and I developed a passion for helping the members of the community as I served as a Police Officer with the Burlington Police Department for 4 years. While working for the Police Department, I met my husband, and we started our family together with the birth of our first son in 2020 followed by the recent arrival of our daughter in 2023.
After searching for a way to fuse my passion for helping members of my community and interest in real estate, I got my NC Real Estate License. I love that my day to day consists of exploring home’s unique characteristics and mentoring people through one of the biggest decisions in their life. I love what I do and I strongly believe in being transparent and making the home buying/selling process as stress-free (and fun) as possible. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, baking, doing Pinterest projects, and anything outdoors to include hiking, fishing, and camping.

I am a North Carolina native having spent most of my childhood in the western part of the state and all of my adult life in the Triangle and Triad area. After earning my real estate license several years ago, I took time away from the profession to focus on my family. I have a first-hand understanding of the challenges of raising a family as well as “empty nesters”.
When time allows, I enjoy volunteering at the NC Therapeutic Riding Center, horseback riding, hiking trails with my rescue dog Sophia, and of course the mountains and beach. I’m also a proud supporter of law enforcement, first responders, and our military families.
Being a real estate agent is truly a service industry. I take great pride in providing superior and personalized service to every client. The lower-end transaction is just as important, and deserves the same attention, as a million+ dollar client.

Adam and Andy have been building houses in Alamance County since 2009. Native to the area, they specialize in building custom, semi-custom, and spec houses, as well as renovations, additions, and land development.
